One specialty: electrics
Auto Angel by CMFGCH, Inc. is an independent auto electrical shop on Galleon Drive in Naples, Florida, in business since 2009. Electrics are the whole job here, not a sideline between oil changes.
A general workshop sees an electrical fault once a week and reaches for the parts cannon: swap the battery, swap the alternator, swap the starter, hope. An electrical shop sees the same fault five times in a month and knows the order to test it in.
That is why everything here starts with measurement. A parasitic drain is traced to a circuit before a battery is sold. A no-crank is traced through the start circuit before a starter is fitted. A charging fault is checked at the alternator, at the battery and at every ground in between — because the wire, not the part, is often what failed.
The vehicle is tested, the finding is written down, the price is agreed, and only then does anything get replaced. When the repair is done, the tests are repeated so the fault is proven gone rather than assumed gone.
If the honest answer is that a repair is not worth the money, that is what you will hear. A shop that only earns when it sells parts ends up selling parts.
Diagnosed, not guessed
Electrical faults are found with a meter, a wiring diagram and a test plan — not by replacing parts until the light goes out.
A quote before the work
You get the diagnosis, what it takes to fix it and the price, and nothing happens until you say yes.
The old part in your hand
What came off the vehicle is kept and shown to you, so a replaced alternator is a fact you can check, not a line on a bill.
One person, start to finish
The person who diagnoses your vehicle is the person who repairs it and the person who explains it to you.
